We took a chicken bus north another 6 hours to the small town of Vang Vieng in central Lao. A place where the town’s tiny gravel airport runway serves as the bus station, market and soccer field. This is a town with little to do other than relax and allow time to pass by. We spent most of our time eating pizza and watching bootleg American movies at “Give Pizza a Chance.”
